Preventive Health Care

We are firm believers of preventive health care as many diseases are easily prevented or controlled early. Bringing your pet in for regular check-ups- even when healthy- will help us pick up on medical issues before they become more serious. This allows us to advise you on the best care that your pet needs and help avoid problems in the future. Therefore, we recommend vaccinating and deworming your pets, early neutering, disease screening, dental care and annual check-ups. This will ensure that your pet has a greater quality of life and allows diseases to be diagnosed at an early stage. We provide vaccinations for cats and dogs; which start at eight weeks of age.

General Surgery

We provide a range of soft-tissue and orthopaedic surgeries such as neutering (spey and castration), caesareans, gastrointestinal and bladder surgeries.

Pet boarding

Whether you are taking a weekend break, going away on a holiday or an overseas business trip you can board your pets with us. We offer pet boarding for cats and dogs.

We are dedicated to making your pets comfortable when you can’t be with them and will provide your pets with love, care and respect.

Diagnostic Testing

Our in-house laboratory is used for instant blood tests, biochemistry screening (kidney and liver parameters) and microscopy. We are also able to instantly test for specific infections such as Feline Leukemia Virus (FELV), Feline Parvovirus, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), Feline Coronavirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Parvovirus and Canine Heartworm Disease using specific test kits.

Petshop

We carry a selected range of quality products such as petfood and various prescription diets (Royal Canin pet food and prescription food such as Urinary s/o, gastrointestinal, and Science Plan Hill’s a/d and j/d), and carriers, cages, treats, cat litter, leashes, collars, pet toys, various accessories and more.

Geriatric Care

As our pets live longer lives, they develop more old-age related diseases such as arthritis, heart and kidney diseases. We can help your pets live more comfortably in their golden years through our professional geriatric care, treatments and counselling.

Nutritional Counseling

Just like us, the quality of your pet’s health depends largely on its dietary patterns. Each animal has its own specific nutritional needs based on its age, level of activity and disease conditions (liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, urinary tract disease etc.). Therefore, nutritional therapy plays a very important role in maintaining the health, lifespan and quality of life of your pet.

Dentistry

Besides bad breath and infected teeth, bad oral hygiene can lead to more serious disease conditions including cardiac and kidney infections. That is why we recommend practicing good oral hygiene for your pets. We provide dental scaling services, and tooth extractions if necessary.

Dermatology

Skin disease is one of the most common reasons for veterinary consultation in tropical countries like Malaysia and very often leads to chronic discomfort in many animals. Our diagnostics include microscopic examinations, laboratory cultures, allergen eliminations and dermatological food trials to help diagnose and treat these conditions.
